He specialises in transactional work and usually represent buyers, sellers financiers and builders on all aspects of shipbuilding, as well as on the sale and purchase of second-hand yachts. He has extensive experience of negotiating with shipyards, designers and contractors throughout the world.

He also regularly advises financial institutions and investors in connection with pre- and post-delivery financings and general banking arrangements.

He is a regular contributor to webinars, articles and events on yachting and shipping finance.

Ezio speaks Italian, English and French. He is qualified in England & Wales and admitted to the French and Italian bars.
